Lock these dates in now. Hotel blocks sell out 90 days before each conference — and the host hotels always go first.

The host hotel is where every meaningful conversation happens which is in the lobby, at the bar, in the elevator at 11:47 pm when you run into a Soror you haven't seen in fifteen years! Pay the extra $40 a night. You're not paying for a room. You're paying for proximity.
